Under the motto "Safe and healthy working environment is a fundamental principle and right in occupational health and safety" events to coincide with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work were held in "Ural Oil and Gas" LLP.
The events traditionally began with a safety minute.
Head of HSE Department Ali Zainullin conducted a training session for employees on the topic "Code of Leadership and Commitment". He noted the importance of creating a high safety culture in the Company, where the most important thing is the commitment and leadership of the managers of different levels, as well as conscious and honest attitude to safety of each employee. He also familiarized employees with the newly implemented HSE procedures of the Company.
In the end, the HSE specialists conducted a quiz " Safety at work - first and foremost!" among the employees teams. At the end of the quiz, all participants received valuable prizes.
