In honor of the World Day of Labor Safety 28.04.2022. and improving the culture of safety at work, in "Ural Oil and Gas" LLP was held a competition "The best story in the field of occupational health and safety.
The rules of this competition were: 1. provide a personal life story related to occupational health and safety (positive/negative); 2. make conclusions; 3. what risk reduction measures have been taken and what additional measures need to be taken. The results were evaluated by the Health, Safety and Environment Department. As part of encouragement and improvement of safety culture, the winners were awarded prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
The HSE Department also conducted a training course on improving the safety culture in the company, using the best practices of foreign companies.
