On May 23, 2025, a field meeting was held in Uralsk with participation of the management of "Ural Oil & Gas" LLP, Contractors and representatives of NC "KazMunaiGas" JSC. Meeting was opened by Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KMG, B. K. Abayildanov.
As part of the agenda, current status of the EPCC project implementation at the Rozhkovskoye field was reviewed. Meeting participants were briefed on the progress of construction and installation works, readiness of specific project stages, and plans for project completion under the current year.
Meeting focused on fulfillment of contractual obligations, the need to revise contract terms, and ensuring financial transparency. Contractor representatives presented proposals for amending the agreement and securing additional funding to complete key project stages.
Parties discussed cost alignment approaches under Open Book model, which ensures full transparency of procurement documentation. Discussion also covered the preparation and review of detailed engineering design (DED), as well as approaches to cost optimization.
Following the meeting, it was decided to establish a working group to prepare analytical materials and to hold additional negotiations on Contractor's revised proposals.
Meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere and confirmed the joint commitment to project goals, transparency, and efficiency.
