On April 28, Rozhkovskoye field hosted a meeting dedicated to the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, organized by the HSE Department.
Discussion was attended by the Deputy General Director on Operations and Head of HSE Department. Participants shared professional experiences, emphasized the importance of personal responsibility for safety, and provided examples of successfully applying operation shutdown. It was particularly highlighted that every team member has the right to stop work if there is a threat to health or life, and such initiative plays a key role in preventing incidents.
As part of the meeting, an award ceremony was also held to recognize employees who demonstrated initiative and made a significant contribution to the development of a safety culture in the workplace. Winners received commemorative gifts and letters of appreciation.
