On 24 July 2025, Zhanna Urazaliyeva took up the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ural Oil & Gas LLP.
Zhanna Urazaliyeva has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including key positions in the structures of NC KazMunayGas JSC, Subsidiaries and JVs, and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the career, Zhanna Urazaliyeva has overseen the areas of economics and finance, investment analysis, corporate finance, and taxation.
She graduated from International Academy of Entrepreneurship (Moscow) with a degree in Financial Management and has completed a number of international professional development programs, including at Baker Hughes, Shell, General Electric and other companies.
Zhanna Urazaliyeva's appointment strengthens the financial and economic block of the Company and is aimed at supporting the sustainable growth of Ural Oil & Gas LLP under the large-scale Rozhkovskoye Field Development program and implementation of new investment initiatives.
